I used to love visiting this store as it was full of bright and happy people. Unfortunately that had changed of late. I love the food but the quality and quantity is not consistent. Having a slightly healthier option is a blessing and appreciated. I support the cause and love feeling that I may be helping someone get a meal, which makes up for the cost of the food. All in all, I will still be a Zambreros customer when I can be, I just really hope it becomes a friendlier place to visit again soon.

We are new to Townsville and this is by far the best service we have received since being here. Brandon, (I think that was his name from memory) mate your service was exceptional and you went above what you needed to. Your knowledge about your products was excellent and you were polite, happy and professional. My previous job was a retail store manager and I can tell you that I would hire you any day of the week. Your boss is lucky to have you. Well done. As for the food, yummy and fresh. I wanted to give 4 stars due to size of serving, but the quality of food and service was to good to give only 4. I'd say Zambrero is good for a light meal maybe not if your starving. Restaurant was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Another compliment to the good staff. Well done guys. Keep it up. 👌
