This is a very conveniently located restaurant. We were there on a Sunday afternoon in July. It was quiet and cold. The place also felt a bit sad when there is nobody around and the music was blaring loudly, trying to cheer up the space. The service was friendly. The food was ok. We took Bento boxes, ate quickly and left. We may return in summer and when there are people around.

Over in Hobart for a competition/vacation and stopped in here for a late lunch. I had the Fried Chicken Mini Don. Amazing value for money, delicious and was served very quickly and was HOT! Highly recommend if you’re in the area and need a cheap but delicious eat.

The premade food is of average quality and average cost, which has gone up significantly in the past year. The staff lacks service awareness, and they do their job indifferently and contemptuously, without serving customers. Neither enthusiasm nor friendliness. Sometimes girls here frequently show irritated attitudes toward customers for no reason (check the girl on shift this evening, I believe she is the same girl who used irritated manners several days before and one of the girls who used irritated manners many times before). I noticed that not only me is complaining or feeling bad about your girls' services. As a long-time customer, I was treated differently according to their moods at the moment when I entered the restaurant, which reduced my willingness to come frequently in these two years. Overall, the clerks need to serve the customer with a consistently friendly and enthusiastic attitude. Otherwise, why should I spend regular money on someone who puts on a face to customers because she is reluctant or tired to work and to cater to customers and gets my moods of the day ruined?!
