We just adore our local Chinese restaurant. The best!!! Super delicious, freshly made, authentic flavour, and amazing service.
Honestly you have to try their dishes.
Sizzling prawns with mangoes, just exquisite!
My ultimate favourite is the pork belly with preserved vegetables.
But we just love and enjoy our every order. Simply divine!

Update 10 October 2024
We visited and had dinner tonight, and it was so delicious. This is definitely our favourite Chinese restaurant in our local community. Everything we ordered was so yummy and made fresh.
The service was great, too. Even the chef came out and said thank you to us. Such positive vibes. Super friendly staff, smiling and ever so helpful. We shall return and bring our family and friends. I highly recommend this restaurant. Try the pork belly with preserved vegetables (my favourite!).

I live in Palmyra, and we have never tried this place until now. Very delicious! We ordered takeaway as we just wanted to go home after a busy day at work. We ordered Special Fried Rice, San Choy Bow, Beef and Black Bean Sauce, and Seafood and Tofu. We couldn't take any pictures because we devoured it all so quickly. But in comparison to other Chinese food nearby, Lee Palace is better. We will definitely come back. The food is cooked fresh, and it serves as reasonably big. While we were waiting for our order, the owner said politely that it won't be long. Then he gave us our order neatly packed in a paper bag. We also observed that they were very helpful to other diners, serving their meals happily. The place looks very clean and organised too. We definitely enjoyed our meals and will surely come back. Our only comment about the location is about the parking area, it is very small and in front of a very busy main road so extra care is needed. Otherwise, Lee Palace, you surely won us. Great work, guys! Let us support our local businesses.

Chinese takeaway inside South Lake’s shopping centre’s food hall. The area is a bit sad. Average pricing. Had a good selection of classic Chinese food. My sweet & sour fish was very generous in serving and well done. My husband’s special fried rice was tasteless. He needed to add soy sauce to it.

This would have to be one of the best Cafe's in Perth. The milkshakes are amazing. They certainly brought my inner child out!! The food was absolutely mouth watering and the cost is very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The chef even took the time to come out and make sure we were happy with our meals. Plenty of free parking also a bonus. Will definitely be back and will share this experience with everyone I know. Congratulations on running such a wonderful little shop. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Hi everyone! Just a heads up to people who want to buy fish and chips here, I would label it a takeaway/last minute or very basic F&C place. Please don’t go here expecting five star restaurant quality. It is for the people who just want some basic local fish and chips. I was craving some F&C, and so I went to this place because I didn’t feel like driving 30min to a place with incredible ratings. I just wanted stock standard. This was that. It was tasty. Wasn’t off, or smelly or anything like that. The restaurant was visibly clean which is very important. The service wasn’t that good. The man who served me sounded fed up, which I absolutely understand as a customer service worker. And to be honest, I wasn’t going to this place for the customer service. But I would suggest to Kims F&C to try and put a smiling server on. It has an incredible impact on customers and their likelihood of coming back to the restaurant. You don’t need to be over the top, rainbows and butterflies, but continuous sighing and a complete lack of enthusiasm can make someone want to leave or ask for a refund. Again, the chips and fish were good. Especially the fish. It was crispy, cooked to perfection and tasted great! Is $15 a bit exxy, sure, but what isn’t nowadays.
Accessibility: parking around the restaurant is good. There’s is parking right out the front of the restaurant, however there is a ledge that isn’t accessible via wheelchair. However, around 10-20m from the restaurant is a ramp. It might actually be closer than that, I am just terrible as guessing measurements. There isn’t any loud music playing or flashing lights. The TV was also off when I went inside. It was a tad echoey.

My review is based on a Thursday lunchtime visit. I ordered fish and chips ($15) and a pineapple fritter.
Walked in at 12pm it was dead quiet so was served quite fast and only waited 10mins for my order.
For $15 I have had more value and better quality at other places.
Sadly she forgot my pineapple fritter, the fish was fine and the batter thin and crispy. Chips were ok…more than likely over cooked as they were not fluffy inside just crispy.
They have a variety of food and drinks not really a place you can sit down to eat if it’s busy.
She didn’t really give a good vibe as if she didn’t wanna be there.
