Order Food in gwelup

Ordered via menu log. I was a little apprehensive based on reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered my food about an hour earlier than I normally would have because they do have warnings on their dishes that the wait times may be long. I called up the restaurant to double check something in my order and the guy who I spoke to on the phone was lovely and helpful. I ended up receiving my food 45 minutes later (much much sooner than I expected due to the estimated wait time). Food was piping hot and delicious. I think that if other people do have issues with the wait time, please be patient and kind to the restaurant staff when you call in. It’s a very busy and popular place after all. There are warnings all over their menu informing you that wait times may exceed expectations, so order it earlier than you normally would, especially with large orders.

I just had the tastiest fish and chips I've had for a very long time .. the batter was delicious and crispy, the chips wer cooked just right ,nice and were crunchy. Thank you 😊

Friendly service and hardworking cook laser focused on a busy night. My noodle meal was average in flavour and I would have liked to see more meat, the meat I did get was thin and tasted nice. We also got dumplings and they were decent.

It's quite rare I write Google reviews but I felt compelled to do so given the incredible taste and service I received here. I ordered the laksa which was incredibly authentic and very reasonably priced. But the point that most stood out was the hospitality and friendliness of the couple. They couldn't do enough for you. Even while I was eating inside, they moved towards the back of the shop to not make too much noise and disturb the dining experience. Overall I'm extremely impressed and highly recommended.

We have been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Best value and the food is unbelievable - made fresh (in front of you if you like) and is delicious. The couple that run this place are lovely too.

I purchased the seafood chowder for lunch today and it was absolutely delicious.Took it home, heated it up, crusty roll and boom, perfect meal. Thank you for your fresh & quality ingredients. Did not disappoint.100% recommend.
