Order Food in joondalup

Nice kebab. Disappointing service. Myself and 93 year old mother waited 15+ minutes to place our order as we were ignored while pre-ordered foods (yet to be collected) were prioritised. The place was empty (2.15 pm), but a few people came in to collect food. Our order of 1 x tea, 1 x black coffee and 1 x kebab arrived 25 mins later.. 35+ mins wait in a non aircon cafe is never worth it (outside temp 36c). Total cost $31.50. (1 x Combination kebab (salad only) .. 1 x mug tea with bag floating inside plus 1 mug black coffee). Not quite sure how this adds up as the Kebab is $16.50 + 50c sauce.. making the 2 x hot drinks $7 each? Good takeaway food but not a Cafe.

UPDATED - I got this again a week later still awesome, this time I took a picture of the honey 🍯 chicken and fried kway teow before we demolished it. Honey Chicken 1st class, Prawn Fried Kway Teow 1st class, Special fried rice, spring rolls, prawn crackers 1st class and delivery 1st class. I got the family package A, changed 1 product got a discount coz the new product was cheaper even though the package is cheaper anyway so that’s why I’m giving a 5* rating IMO. Very generous servings. Sorry I demolished the honey 🍯 chicken 🐔 before the photo 😆. Tbh everyone’s experience would be different this is just mine but given that Macca’s is a ripoff and this feeds 3, this by far the better option. Overall 1st class experience it was a friend of mine who recommended this place so I gave them a go and very happy I did. Thx Laurie 👍🏻

Best Kebabs and Pizza!!! We’ve been to this place a few times now, and it’s absolutely worth the drive from Marangaroo every single time! The delicious kebabs are always LOADED and have so much flavour. Their pizzas are also next level amazing, they are always packed with toppings, the crust is so light and crispy, and they taste scrumptious. What really sets the place apart for my husband and I, is the service. The staff somehow always remember who you are, where you’re from, and are hands-down some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. They’re always so welcoming and genuinely enjoy striking up a conversation, having a chat, and making you feel comfortable. It’s this kind of food and personal touch that keeps us coming back! ☺️

We’ve tried some other dishes on that place but so far we believe they’re making the best Singapore noodles that will feed a family easy. Super fast + well priced 😊

Ordered via menu log. I was a little apprehensive based on reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered my food about an hour earlier than I normally would have because they do have warnings on their dishes that the wait times may be long. I called up the restaurant to double check something in my order and the guy who I spoke to on the phone was lovely and helpful. I ended up receiving my food 45 minutes later (much much sooner than I expected due to the estimated wait time). Food was piping hot and delicious. I think that if other people do have issues with the wait time, please be patient and kind to the restaurant staff when you call in. It’s a very busy and popular place after all. There are warnings all over their menu informing you that wait times may exceed expectations, so order it earlier than you normally would, especially with large orders.

The fish and chips were good, and I appreciated how they kept the fish and potato scallops separate from the chips. The prices were also very reasonable.
