quote A very good Japanese Ramen and Don shop in Launceston. Gatsu’s Ramen is very flavourful, pork slices are generous and the noodles are cooked perfectly. The Chicken Don is very good too - love their rice and teriyaki sauce. Do order the fried lotus roots too.
