Authentic Lanzhou beef noodle. The soup was delicious and light. I saw that there were some pieces of reddish in the soup. The chef was very generous and gave me so many noodles. The beef was tasty as well.

I had a lovely time at Lanzhou Beef Noodle House. It was my first time trying this exquisite dish but I wasn’t sure how to order it. Thankfully, the front staff and chef guided me through the process and helped select an option that catered towards my tastes, they were really friendly, especially the girl in the front, she helped me a lot. It was especially amusing to witness the chef handpull noodles in front of me. An amazing experience and definitely will visit again :)

The broth is light and so tasty, and the beef slices are beautifully tender and flavoursome. The handpulled noodles have a good chewiness to them which is delicious (I get the standard #2 “thin” level usually). This is one of my go-to places for a trusty dip in/dip out bowl of soup noodles.
The place itself is quite simple and lowkey - I like this atmosphere though. It’s unassuming from the outside but those who do eat here know there’s nothing better than slurping away at a hearty and flavourful bowl of Lanzhou beef noodles. It’s perfect for any season, but especially for those Winter soupy noodle cravings.
Of course nothing can beat that superiority of Lanzhou beef noodles in Lanzhou itself, but for a little spot in little Canberra, this place sure serves up a FANTASTIC bowl to warm you up inside out!

This small Chinese restaurant makes the best in-house noodles in town. The broth is not too fatty or oily and is served fresh with your choice of meat and veggies. Fairly priced and great value for money. Take away and delivery available.

Yum!!! The noodles were deliciously bouncy and silky. The broth was light and wonderful on a cold night. 10/10 would recommend!
