Chinese takeaway inside South Lake’s shopping centre’s food hall. The area is a bit sad. Average pricing. Had a good selection of classic Chinese food. My sweet & sour fish was very generous in serving and well done. My husband’s special fried rice was tasteless. He needed to add soy sauce to it.

Ordered from here twice now. Both times the boneless chicken masala ($23.50) and garlic naan ($5.40). Masala was good and had a nice flavour, however maybe a little too much salt and the container was only half full both times. The naan was my biggest disappointment, only receiving bit parts of a whole naan on both occasions.
Overall, a decent curry and the staff are very pleasant. I would order from here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

We were greeted as soon as we came in. The service attitude was very good and enthusiastic, making tourists like us feel at home. There are all kinds of delicious dishes with authentic tastes to satisfy the taste buds. The environment of this restaurant is really good. Although it has a history of several decades, it is very clean. The food is not only beautiful in appearance, but most importantly, it tastes great, with good color, aroma and taste. The cooking method is simply first-class, retaining the original flavor of the ingredients. It is pleasing to the eye. The taste is superb, which makes people feel very appetizing at first glance. The portion is large. The advantage is that the dishes are also very fresh, the taste is moderately salty, the heat is just right, and the serving speed is very fast. The taste is authentic, the dishes are rich, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is authentic, people can eat with confidence, customer satisfaction is high, and it is worth recommending.

Bull Creek Hawker has been under new ownership for the past 8 months confirmed with them. Today didn’t seem that busy.
The fish wing laksa was exceptional - huge serving (4 wings) and laksa flavor excellent with the thin mee hoon noodles. 9/10. (All 4 other tables had ordered this too! One with the clear soup). Definitely beats one of my faves - Hawkers Cafe in Winthrop now for the prize of best fish wing in Perth.
The curry chicken which was my favorite in the world slipped a bit but still excellent. Ordered with a Change for flavored rice for an extra $2. Asked for thighs and legs and they actually provided around 6 pieces and two potatoes in the lunch with rice serving. 8/10.
Total for both dishes only $33 - great value. Had leftovers serving size for two was so big.
Definitely will be back. — eating lunch at Bull Creek Hawker.

Chin’s Noodle House is an absolute gem for anyone who loves authentic Chinese cuisine. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. The service here is impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who make sure every detail is taken care of, from wine recommendations to ensuring each dish is served at the perfect temperature.
The food is truly exceptional. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one exceeded our expectations. The fried noodles were perfectly cooked, with a delightful balance of textures and flavors that made every bite satisfying. Their dim sum selection is also outstanding—each piece is freshly made and bursts with authentic, rich flavors that are simply a delight. The stir-fried beef was tender and seasoned to perfection, with a smoky undertone that enhances the natural flavor of the meat. Similarly, the stir-fried chicken was cooked just right, remaining juicy and flavorful with a hint of spice that added a nice kick.
One standout dish that I must mention is the grilled prawns. These were succulent, with a slightly charred exterior that gave way to sweet, tender meat inside. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented, and you could tell that great care and skill went into preparing each one.
To complement the excellent food, Chin’s Noodle House also offers a well-curated selection of wines that pair wonderfully with the meal. The wine we chose had a full-bodied flavor that elevated the dining experience even further.
Overall, Chin’s Noodle House is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates high-quality Chinese cuisine. We ordered a large variety from the menu, and every single dish was a hit. Highly recommend to food enthusiasts looking for a place that combines fantastic food with top-notch service.
