Our Customer Reviews

lounge-room-james

quote We visited The Lounge on James after high recommendations for the steak sandwich. While my specific panini was unfortunately a little soggy, everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their food, with the chicken burger getting great reviews. The standout feature here is the delicious coffee and excellent desserts. We're definitely planning to return for breakfast, as the menu looks fantastic. It's worth a visit, even if only for the coffee!

foo-hua

quote The music was great, very peaceful, with 2 screens for entertainment. The service was also excellent. If we had an issue they were quick to solve it. And as you can tell by the pictures the food was rather mouth watering. Highly recommend Foo Hua for your next dine in or take away experience altho I do suggest dinning in for the amazing atmosphere this place has to offer. They do have chopsticks at the counter too!

happy-fortune-chinese-rest

quote First time ordering from this little takeaway. Food was very good. Loved the fried Singapore Mee-hoon. The Mongolian lamb, mixed veg and crispy chicken were nicely done. Food was ready at the time given. Good value too.

hot-rock-pizza

quote Went here after being first told about Hot Rock Pizza some 10 or so years ago, when my best friend (who passed in 2020) was a frequent visitor. I can see why he loved it - my pepperoni pizza had a crisp base, lots of flavour and a good tomato sauce. If I lived in the area, I'm sure I'd be greeted like Norm was on Cheers. Will have to try one of your gourmet/specialist range next time. Recommended if you're in the area and love a good pizza!

kum-leng-chinese-restaurant

quote Hidden Gem! What an absolute find! This Chinese restaurant is a true hidden gem — tucked away but well worth seeking out. The food was incredibly fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully cooked. Every dish tasted authentic and made with care, from the perfectly crispy spring rolls to the tender, saucy stir-fries and spice box is absolutely dreamy. Portions were generous, prices were very reasonable, and the service was warm and welcoming. You can really taste the pride they take in their food. Great value for money and easily one of the best Chinese meals I’ve had in ages. Highly recommend for anyone who loves genuine, delicious Chinese cuisine without the big price tag!
