A classic Hong Kong style restaurant. Always love going to this restaurant when I miss my hometown. They change their special menu regularly that I can always discover new choices.
My partner and I usually ordered the regular menu. She always likes their BBQ and egg rice and the chicken and egg rice with the scallion oil. But today I ordered the satay beef noodles and egg with scallion oil tonight which is in their new special menu. The overall dish was a bit salty for me as it was made as a dry mix noodle instead of a soup one. The scallion oil may also make it a bit oily with this combination. My partner ordered the pork chop and egg rice with scallion oil. Hers is good. Pork chop was nicely marinated. Unfortunately they sold out the pineapple bun today which we ordered every time when we came.
Fully recommend their pineapple bun which has soft bun texture with a piece of cold butter at the middle. And their lemon tea is good as well. The tea base is really like what I’ve had in Hong Kong. My partner loves their coke spider as they always give full cup of ice cream. They only have noodles soup during lunch period which I think is a bit sad.
I like that they always serve the dishes in hot. Recommend to try their Hong Kong style snack as well. Feel like home in every visit.
Reasonable price. Parking only on main road or side street.
