Lebanese

Lebanese cuisine includes an abundance of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and seafood. It also includes copious amounts of garlic and olive oil, often seasoned with lemon juice. Chickpeas and parsley are also staples of the Lebanese diet. Well-known savoury dishes include baba ghanouj, a dip made of char-grilled eggplant; falafel, small deep-fried balls or patties made of highly spiced ground chickpeas, fava beans, or a combination of the two; and shawarma, a sandwich with marinated meat skewered and cooked on large rods. An important component of many Lebanese meals is hummus, a dip or spread made of blended chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic, typically eaten with flatbread.

Our Customer Reviews

quote I ordered takeaway lamb skewers with babaganoush, meat sambousik, tabbouli, raw kibbeh, falafel roll with extra pickles+bread, chips and garlic sauce. Everything was so fresh and delicious, portions were generous - all that food for ~$100! Fed 4 of us. The raw kibbeh was so fresh, smooth and tasty, I was so excited to see this dish on the menu because you don’t often see it in the inner west! The lovely gentleman working there handed me my food but forgot the falafel roll - I had no idea and had already walked my two giant bags of food to my car. Bless his heart he ran all the way out to the street to find me and brought me my roll! The falafel was so green and fluffy inside, super crunchy outside. Beautiful food and kind, honest people here!

quote This is a regular breakfast place for me and my family and recently they have renovated it. The place is gone from great to best. Food quality has always been exceptional and they also serve coffee now which makes it one stop shop. The owner Ahmed is an amazing person and he ensures to give highest level of service when he serves the customers. He is very polite and has great customer service skills and always cheerful around children. Highly recommended this place.

quote Absolutely one of the best spots for a morning breakfast. The manoosh here is always fresh, hot, and full of flavour, with perfectly crisp bread and generous toppings. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, especially the cheese and zaatar — nothing feels rushed or cheap. Service is quick and friendly, even during busy mornings, and it’s the perfect place to grab breakfast before work or school. Great value for money and consistently delicious every time. Highly recommend if you’re a manoosh lover or just want a solid breakfast to start the day.
