Asian

Asia, being the largest and most populous continent, is home to many cultures, many of which have their own characteristic cuisine. While rice is common to most Asian cuisines, different varieties are popular in the various regions. Glutinous rice is ingrained in the culture, religious tradition and national identity of Laos. Basmati rice is popular in the Indian subcontinent, jasmine rice is often found across Southeast Asia, while long-grain rice is popular in China and short-grain in Japan and Korea. Curry is a common dish in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and East Asia. Curry dishes have their origins in the Indian subcontinent, with present-day Northern India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan mainly using a yogurt base, while those in present-day Southern India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia generally use coconut milk as their foundation.

Our Customer Reviews

quote I went on Saturday (lunch) to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Food taste good, price affordable, cakes taste yummy, vibrant, clean, comfortable and the owner is friendly too. They even put an effort to write Happy birthday on the plate. Cash/touchNgo, parking a bit difficult bc it is at the main road. Overall 👍😊

quote Nice to order food from a takeaway shop where they take pride in what they serve. Lovely people and service. We live an hour away and stopped for something to eat before the drive home. Well worth it and will be back. Highly recommend the spaghetti pizza!

quote Food is on the pricey side. The taste is average. I don't think it is worth to visit unless you are just in the area and need quick meals for lunch/dinner. The very reason why it is is 3 stars instead of 2 is because of the keropok lekor. I really can taste the fish, and the sauce taste authentic too. Probably the claim from Terengganu is true, but I don't know. :) A plate of this is about RM 4.5.

quote Had lunch buffet ( All you can eat) Tuesday to Sunday. $19.90/person. Plenty of option in vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian categories. Along with curries, you will have two types of rice( yellow and white), nan, samosa, and papdum. You can also order from menu if you are after specific curry or food for extra cost. Taste is good. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend for lunch if you are in town.
