The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside yet juicy on the inside. The egg was soft and slightly runny, coating the rice and chicken beautifully without overpowering the flavour. Portion was generous, and the sauce tied everything together with a nice savoury touch. Would definitely order again when I’m craving comfort food :D

Aside from dim sum, this place is also great for a quick lunch. They have everyday lunch deals which are around $10-13 for each dish with quite generous portions. Really enjoyed their roast duck and satay beef with rice during my last visits. Definitely will come back again when I’m in the area looking for an affordable and quick but delicious meal.

Manager came out specifically to tell off the lovely workers who were very attentive, because they forgot to charge and extra $2 for gravy on the side. He yelled at them in front of us rather then pulling them aside later, he seemed like a right asshole, I apologised and offered to pay the $2 but the girls were very nice and said it was fine.
Management need to pull their heads in and start treating their workers better.
Chips were slay tho.

Holy crap. I am a birria taco connoisseur and this is by far the best place I’ve been to in Perth. Imagine your classic street food tacos (oily and delicious broth) well this place was it. The staff were friendly and although it was quiet the atmosphere had great potential. I would highly recommend this place and I will for sure be coming back!!

I chose this restaurant when my mother in law said she wanted to try the lobster braised yee mee in Perth. We had plenty of lobster else where so I wish it was up to her standard and expectations. I was so nervous until she said “wah, the lobster is so good, so sweet”. What a relief.
It was really one of the best we had!!
Now when we think of having lobster yee mee we think of Hong Kong BBQ house. Staff were attentive and polite. So glad we chose to have it here. Thank you chef for handling the lobster so well. Onion not overpowering.

Great Viet food. Plenty of seating. Fast and friendly service. We had lunch on a Sunday here and ordered the braised duck in egg noodles soup and a lotus root with pork and prawn salad. Both were great.
The braised duck was flavourful. Egg noodles were perfectly cooked and came with bean sprouts, some Chinese vegetables and lettuce leaves. The soup was appetising.
The prawns in the salad were big, not over cooked - springy and not tough. The pork was well flavoured. The salad was a tad too salty, but only just a little. Overall, very happy with it!
