Pizza that stands out! Just how I like my pizza crust, thin and not floppy. Quality ingredients.

Honey Chicken – A bit soggy with too much honey sauce so it was really wet; not crispy as expected, could use more batter
Sizzling Tofu with Salted Fish – The egg at the bottom was a bit weird, but it had a wok hei (smoky) flavour but overall not bad
Gai Lan (Chinese Broccoli) – A little soft and not crisp the vegetables weren’t the best
Peking Pork Ribs – Also slightly soggy, could have used a crisper texture
Ginger Shallot Fish – The flavour was fine, but the fish itself wasn’t super fresh and had a slightly mushy texture
Salt and Pepper Prawns – Really good flavour and crisp, has the tail on

The kebab was amazing! Definitely one of the best I've had in Perth. The owner and staff were super friendly too. It's a great spot to check out, you won't be let down! 💯👍🏻

Midweek Dining Review
Despite visiting on a weekday, the restaurant was surprisingly busy and full—a good sign of its popularity.
For our entrée, we ordered the chicken lollipops, which were packed with flavour and absolutely delicious—a strong start to the meal.
For mains, we tried the steamed barramundi, soft shell crab curry, and sizzling Mongolian beef. The barramundi was a standout—perfectly cooked, soft, and tender. The soft shell crab curry was rich and tasty, though the portion was quite small (just one crab). Meanwhile, the Mongolian beef arrived sizzling with bold, savoury flavours.
Overall, it is satisfying meals!!

Burgers average.
Ordered a cheeseburger.
No answer on phone so went to store. Ordered, waited 15m and asked how much longer was told another 20m so went home and came back in 20m.
Burger was cold and missing the pickles and onion. Was told 'not many people like onion so we didn't add it' but the photo posted the day before showed onion and pickles. They made another but the replacement burger had 1+ cm thick chunks of onion.
A mandolin or sharp knife couldn't hurt.
Have visited here a few times and haven't had any stand out burgers. Buns have often been a bit dry and lathered with a bit much butter to cover this up.
Patties are nice though!

The music was great, very peaceful, with 2 screens for entertainment. The service was also excellent. If we had an issue they were quick to solve it. And as you can tell by the pictures the food was rather mouth watering. Highly recommend Foo Hua for your next dine in or take away experience altho I do suggest dinning in for the amazing atmosphere this place has to offer. They do have chopsticks at the counter too!
