quote We had the satay chicken and szechuan beef both were really tasty and fresh with lots of nice vegetables. The fried rice had a nice char and was so good! Definitely our new go to Chinese.

quote Since moving from their Parkwood place into Coogee I always wanted to come down and try it as it was much closer to home. Had good memories of the place back when it was in Parkwood. Well It is set in a small cozy place with pretty good service. The presentation of the food was good. But the food was pretty average. I mean it wasn’t bad but when I go out and eat I like real tasty, party in your mouth kind of sensations and unfortunately overall it wasn’t. The sizzling tofu, Kung pao beef, and prawns and vegetable in garlic sauce were their best dishes on the night. The fried stuff was average, the fried rice was pretty average as well. Pity as wanted this place to do well but it fell short.

quote Genuinely the best Viet restaurant I’ve been to, so authentic. I got the beef stew noodle soup tonight and one sip took me to heaven. If I could eat something before I pass away it would be this. 10/10 The service is so good, they are so attentive and work so hard.

quote Dinner visit at Chins Noodle house. Quite a large restaurant with plenty of seats, lots of celebrations there - I heard 3 birthday songs the night we went. They have plenty of round large tables for groups / families. The stand out dishes for me were the string beans with belachan - not overpowering, well cooked and tasted fresh. The Salted egg yolk king prawns were crunchy, delicious and well cooked. Also loved the seafood claypot with vegetables - delicious, sauce was nicely balanced and prawns fresh and big. The star dish however was the roast duck (whole) - I was really surprised with how juicy, succulent and tender the duck was. I have had roast duck and goose in Hong Kong and I use this as a bench mark. Chin's duck wasn't quite there but it was close enough. Only let down was the Fried Patagonian toothfish - I thought it was pretty average - although crunchy, it had a fishy smell and taste was ok.

quote Ordered a sneaky takeaway on Saturday nite. Ordering was quick and easy. With a txt sent when order ready We got garlic king prawns, very tasty and humongous. A good size serve. Combination chow mein, good size serve with large prawns, chicken and beef. So tender and tasty, but the noodles were overcooked/dry. Chicken fried kway teow. Chicken was cooked well with tasty sauce but the noodles let the dish down. They were stuck together and didn't soak up the sauce Special fried rice was amazing. Prawn crackers were a bit stale unfortunately. Overall the food was good. Parking is available Dine in if want to Pleasant service Definitely will visit again
