dumpling-go-go

quote The food is delicious. The service is also good. If the restaurant environment were neater, it would be even better.

quote Some of the best Vietnamese food in Adelaide. Also the price is worth the amount they give on the plate. I love how the place is clean and there’s enough room for leg space unlike over restaurants in the area. People are quite nice apart from one lady she seems to alway get in our way and and always talking in a wierd way. I think she’s from the Vietnamese restaurant as we used to go there too.

quote After several years away interstate, I was passing by the area, and thought I’d go into @Thai for some lunch. Just as before, it definitely didn’t disappoint! Fresh, quality meals and generous portions at reasonable prices! The service was lovely, as was the decor. One point to note was that if you’re planning to use the entertainment discount, it can’t be used on the $12.90 lunch specials (understandably so). Otherwise, a terrific little place for lunch and dinner, located opposite Foodland at Rosewater.

quote This place makes the best Lamb with Spring Onions. Generous serve of Lamb. Most important for me they use very little oil. All other Uygher restaurants in Adelaide that I have visited this dish is soaked in oil. Their Goshnan is also tasty.

little-canton-chinese-restaurant

quote Five of us hit up yum cha on a rainy Saturday. Place wasn't crazy busy, probably because of the rain. We dug into all the classics - shrimp dumplings, pork and chive dumplings, shui mai, fried taro balls, tofu skin stuff, BBQ pork rice wraps, squid tentacles, and braised pork ribs. Overall, yum cha was decent, but we remembered it being better. The letdown? The pork dishes – strong pork smell and the rice wrap was basically a fat fest with minimal meat. The taro ball was surprisingly the best dish. Used to be our go-to spot in Adelaide three years back, but sadly, not anymore.
