Besides pork, beef and chicken, Cantonese cuisine incorporates almost all edible meats, including offal, chicken feet, duck's tongue, frog legs, snakes and snails. However, lamb and goat are less commonly used than in the cuisines of northern or western China.

quote Thought we'd try Adanaa Turkish Takeaway tonight. Wasn't bad, quite a lot of salad and to a lesser extent rice, but not much chicken percentage wise.. Tasty but was a little bland, so overall an average experience.

quote Can I start by saying it takes a lot for me to post a Google Review. We tried The Tasty Wok for the first time on Thursday night and we thought the food was DELICIOUS!! We ordered the Chef Special (Mongolian beef). It was melt in the mouth and had a hint of heat which was a nice surprise. The vegetables in the dish were cooked to perfection (i.e. were not overcooked sludge). The lemon crispy chicken was moreish and the combination omelette had a yummy smokey taste to it. The Staff were friendly and attentive. We weren't there for modern decor or fancy trimmings. The food surpasses everything (it is what's on the inside that counts). We'll be back, thank you.
