Signature ingredients include roasted mutton, kebabs, roasted fish and rice. Because of the Muslim population, the food is predominantly halal. A common Uyghur dish is laghman or leghmen, a noodle dish thought to have originated from the Chinese lamian.

quote 1st time trying Uyghur cuisine & it was so good! i had the tuhum laghman which was 10/10. the portion sizes are big so come prepared! also recommend making a reservation as we didn’t the first time so missed out but luckily made one the next day!
