I liked the ramandan buffet, I especially liked the beef brisket. However, the food weren’t refilled like I was told, my reservation time was kind of late but I had been assured that there’ll be refills throughout the night. My friend and I’s seat was put in the way of a walking path so people kept bumping me as I ate, the food ran out quickly and there weren’t refills, we just had one plate of food. The restaurant was rowdy, I couldn’t hear my friend speak to me most of the time. Aside from that, the food was delicious, I would come back again if we could get better seats and the food was actually refilled.

Mr. Gopi, the owner and the chef, was previously a chef in some restaurants in Singapore for about 10 years before he moved to Perth. He spent more than 30 years as a chef in Perth. Two years ago, he started his restaurant in Landford. Today, we tried his curry goat and curry chicken. The freshly cooked curry meats were tender and soft when it was served hot. Not bad mate! They were not spicy. Curry goat had a very mild spiciness. Curry chicken was hardly spicy at all. Well, the lunch was enjoyable. Cheers! (2021-08)

Awesome Malaysian restaurant - one of the best I’ve been to South of the river. I came here with my family and it’s a perfect place to order a large variety of dishes to share.
The meals here are cooked very well - the dishes are neither too salty or bland. The favourites here are the chicken curry and pepper beef. The menu has many more dishes we haven’t tried! Have come back multiple times but it can get pretty busy!

I have been here before some years back. I suspect the ownership or chef has changed. The service was friendly enough - we didn't have a booking but they fitted us in at a large reserved table on the proviso we could be out before the hour was up. When a smaller table was later vacated, they were happy for us to move so we could linger, snd linger we did as old friends fo over a hot soupy dish.
I had the curry lsksa but on first impression, I felt it wasn't a Malaysian who cooked it. See my pic. It's one of those with added curry powder, I suspect, as the curry was not well blended into the soup. It was low in chicken pieces, maybe 3 small pieces, and mainly soup and noodles with sliced fish caked, one taufu pok, egg. I didn't drink the soup.
My friend's fish wings with milky soup had small wings compared to other places. It's not one I drooled over nor one I'll crave to order should I return.
The positive is that we could linger past 9 and not many places open till late these days with customers still happily chatting away. The toilet is at the back so is a walk out in the cold which is not as conducive to chinwagging any later than the bladder permits anyway.
Woke up thirsty with near low-grade headache which usually means the good had MSG.

Such a charming spot with beautiful murals on the walls and soothing instrumental Bollywood music in the background. We enjoyed the unlimited thali, which included a flavorful daal, two types of paneer curries, and a vegetable dish—everything was delicious and felt like a comforting home-cooked meal. The service was warm and generous. Definitely a place to revisit for a satisfying and authentic dining experience!
